1. Using EditPep

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of editpep.app and its account, tracking, calculator and sharing features (the “service”). “EditPep,” “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this independently operated service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EditPep is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. It is a personal tracking and educational service, not a healthcare provider, pharmacy or emergency service. Access to an early release may be limited to invited users, and features may develop over time.

2. Health tools & their limits

Your daily logs and graphs reflect the information you enter. Check dates, amounts and units carefully. Missing or incorrect entries can change what a graph shows; a relationship between two trends does not establish that one caused the other.

Exposure curves, body outlooks, comparisons and projections are estimates based on assumptions. Modeled amounts are not measured blood concentrations. Results are not a diagnosis, prescription, personalized medical recommendation or guarantee of weight change or another health outcome.

Do not use EditPep to decide whether to start, stop, prepare or change a medication or dose. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about treatment and health concerns. A compound appearing in the library does not mean it is approved, safe or appropriate for you. EditPep does not monitor your readings or contact emergency services; seek urgent help directly when needed.

3. Your account

Provide an email you control, keep your account information current and protect your password, email codes and devices. Use only your own account and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to any protections provided by law.

Keep a copy of important records. Account access and recovery depend in part on your access to the email associated with your account. You can manage sign-in settings in Profile → Security.

4. Your records & sharing

You retain your rights to the measurements, notes and other content you provide. You give EditPep permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership of your records or give us permission to publish your health progress in advertising.

Account records are stored online; some calculator or local demonstration data may remain in your browser. Cloudflare supports hosting and account storage, Resend supports account emails, and Stripe processes payments. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and your choices.

Progress sharing is optional. Review the image and caption before sharing: the card may reveal starting and ending weights, weight change, elapsed time and any dates you choose to include. EditPep does not automatically post it to social media. After you download, send or publish it, the recipient or platform may keep or redistribute a copy, even if you later delete your EditPep account.

You may download and share your own progress cards for personal use. Do not misrepresent them as proof of a treatment’s safety or effectiveness. Only enter or share information you have the right to use.

5. Subscriptions & payments

EditPep offers a Free plan. When available for purchase, the Subscriber plan is $6 USD per month, billed in advance and renewed automatically each month until canceled. Any applicable tax and the final amount are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Creating a free account or requesting pilot access does not start a paid subscription.

The membership page describes the included features and limits. Free currently includes one saved compound; Subscriber includes three. A compound is one library/formulation entry, and multiple protocols for the same entry share one slot. Complimentary access is an owner-granted benefit and does not itself authorize a charge.

Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. You authorize the recurring payment when you complete a paid subscription checkout. Keep your payment method current. A failed or incomplete payment may prevent or interrupt paid features. Test checkouts do not charge real money or purchase real membership access.

If the subscription price changes, we will tell you before the change applies to a future renewal and give you an opportunity to cancel. We will not apply a new price retroactively to an already paid period.

6. Cancellation, refunds & account deletion

To stop renewal: open Profile → Membership, choose Manage billing, and complete cancellation in Stripe’s portal before your next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period unless you delete the account. Check the confirmation and access-end date. Simply signing out or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

Seven-day first-payment refund: if you request a refund within seven days after your first paid subscription payment, we will refund that payment in full. Email support@editpep.app from your account email and include your invoice reference. This offer covers the first subscription payment, not subsequent monthly renewals. Requests are handled by support; cancel future renewals separately in Manage billing. Cancellation alone does not submit a refund request. Nothing in these terms limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right required by applicable law.

When paid access ends, Free-plan limits apply. Existing saved records are preserved, but adding compounds or using paid features may be restricted. Data export, account deletion and progress sharing are available on every plan.

To delete your account: use the account-deletion control in Profile. Successful deletion cancels an associated subscription immediately and removes the account and its saved records from the active application database. Export anything you want to keep first. Deletion is not the same as a refund request. Payment providers may retain transaction records for their legal and accounting obligations, and copies you previously shared remain outside EditPep’s control.

7. Acceptable use & service content

Do not access someone else’s records, bypass account protections or plan limits, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, disrupt the service or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Do not resell account access without our permission. Good-faith reporting of a security issue is welcome; avoid accessing or disclosing other users’ data.

EditPep’s branding, interface and original service content remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended personal purposes. Links and research references are informational and do not imply an endorsement of a product, seller or treatment.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you a chance to resolve it. This does not remove rights you have under applicable law.

8. Availability & responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations or that a feature will meet every need. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, EditPep is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other protected consumer claims. No part of these terms asks you to give up rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

If we discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where possible and address any unused prepaid service in accordance with applicable law. Third-party websites and social platforms have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as EditPep develops. We will post the revised version and effective date here, and provide advance notice of material changes through the service or your account email where required. If a change requires your consent, we will seek it. Changes do not take away rights that arose before they took effect.

10. Contact

For account, billing, refund or terms questions, email support@editpep.app.

Include your account email and, for a billing issue, the invoice reference. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers or medical records.
